Policy in preparation

The Ministry of Education is finalising the privacy and data-handling policy for the School Meals Portal. The full document will be published here ahead of the public rollout.

In the meantime, the following commitments apply:

• Your parent account, payment, and order data are held by the Ministry of Education and the contracted technology provider on the Ministry's behalf.
• Food vendors only see the order details they need to prepare meals — they do not see your payment information.
• Payment data is processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider; full card numbers are never stored on the portal.
• You can request a copy or deletion of your account data by writing to the address below.
